Wiper motor not working

hi I have a 2000 rinker 270 fiesta vee and the wiper stopped working does anybody have info on how to get access to it thanks

There should be an access panel in the ceiling of the head.

I thought so also but it is solid to n the ceiling

2000 270 doesn't have a hatch in the head. Not sure how you get at it. You did check the little breaker under the helm?
