Help Needed identify this harness

Hi everyone.. I have a 2013 Rinker MTX with the 5.0L  MPI alpha... I had to rebuild the engine when the mechanic improperly winterized it and the block froze and can not identify where this harness plugs into.. it is located near the ignition coil at the rear of the engine, and would seemingly plug into the distributor, but everything I read says that port is not used for the 5.0L MPI.. can anyone help?

I don't know what it is...but this parts diagram shows a plug assembly on the 5.0 distributor.

That looks like a smartcraft plug. If it’s 10 pins, that is probably it. It would be unused unless you have VesselView.
