Stereo power for 2003 FV310 -- How can I find the source? (Needing to change its source)

Hi all,
Hope my title makes sense. We just picked up a 2003 FV310 and we love it but there are a few gremlins I'm trying to take care of.
Currently the stereo system is wired to one of the engine batteries. We have a 3 battery system, two engines and a house. When we are out on the water and want to turn the engine batteries off, we lose the radio. I haven't done any digging yet but I figured I'd ask to see before I start attempting to trace the source wires. Would these be found by the batteries, behind the battery switches, or elsewhere?
Thanks!

Problem is when you turn the battery switches to off (house still on), we lose the radio. When the port engine battery gets switched off, the radio gets cut, which is what I'd like to correct if at all possible.
I'd rather drain the house battery than the two engine batteries and be stranded... Or is my thought process wrong here?
