New manifolds and risers, still getting hot

Hi All, 
I noticed the engine was creeping towards 180 degrees over the past few weeks and last week I got the two beeps every minute alarm.  I went ahead and replaced the risers and manifold but still no luck.  Still getting back to the 180 mark and getting the beeps, any ideas?

I had the outdrives rebuilt this year with new impellers...I figured the air would be forced out once the engine was started?

Raw water or Frash water cooled?

Check the circulation pump on front of the motor,it is what runs flow through the engine.  It could be wore out.

Thanks for the feedback.  It's raw water cooled.  I've also ordered a new thermostat just to cross that off of the list.  I'll check the circulation pump tomorrow.

Thanks again for the suggestions guys, it sucks with a heat index of over 100 but I'm planning on diving in deeper tomorrow or the 4th.  At least I can see fireworks from the marina.
