Engine Hatch 2008 350

Worked fine one weekend and not the next. I believe I have corrosion at the actuator/bad actuator. I pulled the cockpit table mount base but can't reach the actuator... any ideas without cutting the boat apart??

There 2 post where the battery switch are. A set of jumper cables and a good battery will make it go up. You could also lift it a couple of inches to get to the pin at the top. Put a piece of wood or something before your hand!!
