dashboard finish is messed up

I have a 2000 192 Captiva - 4.3 Litre Merc. Great Boat

The dashboard, you know the simulated wood grain, on the passenger side has no shine left on it. Either the sun or the wet got to it.

Any ideas on where to get an piece? Looks pretty simple to swat out, just wonder if such a thing is made.
