Slow Getting Out of the Hole

I recently purchased a 2012 Captiva 216, 5.0 with only 33 hrs, almost brand new in every way. Its slow getting out of the hole and am wondering what is the best prop to get max performance? dont need to have top speed while planing as the priority is to pull skiers, etc. Thx

    What are your RPMs at wide open throttle? Do they fall within the specified range. If too low you can shift to a lower pitch prop. When you throttle onto plane is your drive fully tucked-in (negative trim)? Do you have trim tabs and if so how are they set? This info is needed to answer you properly.
