My name is Tiago sousa and I own a rinker fiesta vee 266 in Portugal.

I ordered the boat to carry 10 people, denied by the portuguese authorities for lack of trademark documentation to establish that as the ship has the capacity to do so.

So I ask if it would be possible to send me a official document stating that the boat rinker fiesta vee 266 has the capacity to carry 10 people

A 266 might just use the Yacht certification and not a capacity tag

I think my 242 has a placard that states a 10 person limit. Next time I’m at the boat I’ll take a picture of it.

Check at the helm, I would think your boat would have one of these installed from the factory.
