Another Lenco question

My LED position indicator switch lights up so I know it's getting power. However, neither tab will operate. I have the old style controller. Any thoughts on trouble shooting will be deeply appreciated.

Controller is bad or actuators are bad.  You can test the actuators by applying 12v to them independently.  Not sure how to test the controller.

I've heard Lenco are helpful if you call them

Did they both fail at the same time?  The most common fail is off-season freeze damage from failure of an internal water seal, so two at once is rare and would suggest a controller fail.

Thank u 4 the input  Problem solved, one actuator had a short which for some unknown reason effected the good actuator.
