throttle controls

I am thinking of replace my throttle controls on my 312 with twin volvo's. does anyone have any upgrade ideas? My currant ones are old from 2004 and are a bit sticky. Thank in advance for the input.

Was just looking at doing the same for mine because I would love to have a separate stick for shift and throttle. Didn't realize how pricey they were though.
