My playlists are mostly high-energy stuff, but I like to throw in a classic slow song every now and then.  "Wonderful World" ... "Georgia On My Mind" ... something that will make people grab their special-somebody and dance cheek-to-cheek.  When I DJ a big party, I do it every 45-60 minutes.  On the boat, it's usually a line-of-scrimmage audible.
