Majestic TV Remote

Our recently purchased 2014 310 EC came with a Majestic 22" TV -- but without the remote. It's a pain trying to use the buttons on the rear to change channels, volume, etc.
I've tried programming a couple of different universal remotes without any success. I did reach out to the company, but they have been slow in responding.
Has anyone successfully programmed a universal remote - and if so, could you tell me what brand/model you used and your programming steps? Thanks!

I received an email directly from the Majestic CEO, Tony Munro, and after providing the serial number of the TV, he sent us out a brand new remote - which works perfectly - and apologized that the remote wasn't on the boat (and not even his fault the previous owners didn't leave it).
I thought that was some pretty good customer relations for a few dollar part - and he now knows that we'll probably look at a Majestic brand TV if/when we upgrade our set on the boat in the future.
