31EC Battery Charger Issues

I have two starting batteries and one house.  The charger is a Professional Mariner Protech 4 Series.   House battery is not being charged and my research has shown this model will not analyze each battery separately.   I want to upgrade without any rewiring.  Any suggestions?

Check the breakers and connections in the battery switch panel. I had a loose wire on my house breaker and a failing breaker that was causing my house battery to not charge properly. It is a PITA to remove the panel, but that could be a good starting point. I crawled into the engine room to look at the back of the panel before removing it.

If you turn the house battery (it is labeled Guest on my boat) it also disconnects the battery charger?

i think you might want to go to each battery with a multimeter to see whether/which battery is being charged. Then trace backwards to the charger (easy) to see what is going on. good luck

I saw comments on another forum about that charger.  Interesting design flaw.  When one battery reaches full charge, it stops charging all batteries.

Blue Sea Systems makes one of the best on the market.  I installed one last year.  Expensive, but they are all pretty expensive.

@LaRea  That looks like the solution I am looking for.  The status display gives battery condition at a glance.
