In need of a 202 Festiva!

I have a 202 Festiva that is missing it's interior seats, side panels, engine cover and pretty much everything else. Long story but we just got this boat back after several years and someone lost all of the parts for it. I think any of the Captiva or Festivas will work as long as it had the seats next to the doghouse. I'd be willing to buy a complete boat too if anyone knows of one. I also need a complete 4.3L OMC.
