2003 Rinker 290 FV with twin 4.3 MPI and Bravo 3

I'm looking at one of these local but am a little hesitant on the performance with this setup, should I be? Does anyone have this combo that can vouch for it. Boat is super clean and decent price.

I had a 1997 280 with the old carburated 4.3 which were lower horsepower.  The boat was 30 LOA and weighed in around 10,000 lbs.  She needed tabs to get on plane but cruised nicely around 27-30 MPH while getting around 1.4MPG.

A 2003 should have injected engines, if not MPI and have higher horsepower.

Little surprised at Bravo 3 on a 4.3.  In my limited experience you only see those on V8s.
