Rinker 196 Blower Not Working

My blower recently stopped working. There are small push buttons with ampere numbers on the dash. One is labelled "Blower"  I assume these are circuit breakers.  Do you just push on them to reset? Sorry for the dumb question, my last boat had fuses. If it does not work after the reset I assume the next step is to see if the blower is getting 12v and if not, replace the blower?

Yes it just pushes back in. Could Also be a bad switch or a wire fell off the switch or breaker. Lots to check

Check for power and ground at the blower
