Rinker 320 waste tank replacement question

I searched lots on this and couldn’t find what I’m looking for so decided to post.
2008 320, has my waste tank collapse during pump out. Dealer replaced it, but with one that’s half the size. I don’t like having one half the size so they are going to change it out for the same factory size (45gal) or so...but, the only one they can find that’s 45gal is deeper therefore they’re saying they need to relocate my c strainer which is added cost. Does anyone know how I can get a properly fitted waste tank? Opportunity for upgrade without hassle even? At this point I just want what I had...without modifying anything to get there.
