342 galley early models

those with early 342’s likely have the galley far out of plumb/level.

I made the attempt to relevel today and after undoing all the fasteners holding it in place, it would not budge. Period. Even with a large prybar. Maybe I missed something obvious?

Fasteners removed:
2x on upper shelf to head wall
3x in the frig area (aft wall)
2x holding the forward wall of the frig area to the port hull
removed lower carpeted trim piece
2x bolts behind trim part fastening the front panel of the galley to the hull (bottom)
there were 2x wood parts bolted to the bow panel (front wall with the drawers and A/C vents. These seem to be nothing more than to position the counter top level (front to back as looking at the galley). No attachment to the corian top.
1x wood part on the aft wall again to hold the counter level. Not screwed to the top.

Anyone pulled this apart with advice?  Few pics of the project. I quit and reassembled for now. Just drives my nuts being so far off level. BTW: it is not how the boat sits in the water. It is installed obviouslyoff level. Way off. Pic #1 shows how far down the galley needs to move down to be level. ~1.5” down at the bow side.
