removing the inside liner that is the rear anchor locker on my 2006 262

I want to get some access to the rear gunwale that to the outside of the anchor locker to mount some fender locks.  The anchor locker is underneath the access walkway from the swim platform.   So between the engine and the outside gunwale there first is a sound deadening panel, then the inside liner for the locker, then the gunwale.  If I have to take out the sound deadening panel, where are the screws located that hold it in.  Any drawings would be helpful.
