toggle switches

I have a 2005 250 Fiesta Vee.  Can anyone tell me what the two toggle switches located in the rear starboard corner are for?  The are under a switch cover.  Also, where can I find replacement bulbs for the two starboard cockpit lights located front and back about a foot off the deck.

The switches in the rear starboard corner are the breaker for the rear starboard shore power inlet. The breaker has to be within X feet of the shore power inlet.
