Mercury Vessel View 702

2011 Rinker 310 with Vessell View installed. The previous owner had this installed last year and when I purchased the boat and the RPM settings showed different values as it is supposed too. For some reason I lost the settings and then did a complete system startup and now it doesn’t read independent RPM values. Anyone else have a similar problem or know how to correct.
Thanks

The way it was explained to me when I added vessel view to my boat was that all Mercruiser engines were created with an engine identity of starboard in their ECM, much like how they all have power steering pumps even though only 1 is used.
A friend of mine has the Rinda set up and was kind enough to reset the identity of my port engine to "port" so that my vessel view would not be confused. Could be the same thing.2002 FV 342 on Lake St. Clair - Past Commodore SHC - Vessel Examiner USCGAUX
