I am looking for good parts diagrams and wiring diagrams for the entire boat. Any suggestions?

About the only parts digram I know of is for Mercruiser: https://www.mercurymarine.com/en/us/parts-and-accessories/parts-catalog

Someone might have a wire diagram. You can reach out to Rinker for one, but given the age of the boat they may not have it any more. Can give this a try: https://rinkerboats.com/contact/
