Volvo 5.7 OSI-DF fuel burn

Anyone else with the Volvo OSI-DF on a F/V 270?  Do you know what the fuel consumption should be?  I recently added a NMEA2000 adapter to the engine and now get readings directly from the engine on my GPS. Here's what it showed for consumption doing just over 18kts and somewhere around 3200-3400 RPMs (I forgot to take a pic of the exact rpms).

Any comparisons?

@Stodge are you saying your 2 engines get 4gph combined at that speed? Your signature says FV 342 so I assume you have 2 engines...

Try more like 30 gallons per hour at 28 mph.
Yes 342 2 350mags.
I would think your fuel flow would be just a bit higher maybe 10gph at 18mph

@cassiola @reneechris14 Yes I have twin 350 mag and I get between 1.0 and 1.1MPG when I'm on plane between 25 and 30ish MPH.

@cassiola , sorry not a Volvo but my GM Mercruiser 5.7 EFI is similar. Don't have fuel flow but averaging out fuel fills I'm about 6 gallons an hour. I always run in plane.

Thanks all! @Stodge ok I misread your "that's double", thought it was referring to fuel burn not MPG.

The data is definitely interesting, as my fuel gauge is always bouncing around and I can only guesstimate the fuel left. Now I'll have a better idea given I can track it using this data.
