When you post, you will see a bunch of icons at the top of the message box, starting with "B I S" etc.  10th one from left is an icon of a photo. Click on it, drop down menu allows you to browse for your photo.

If you are on a PC, you can drag the picture to the dialogue box and it will upload. Congratulations on the new boat.
