Rinker 330 : Steering wheel shaft size : 0.75 inch (19 mm) ?

hi guys, - need to quickly confirm whether on my 330 the shaft size for the steering wheel (am thinking of replacing the stock wooden rim MOMO steering with a stainless steel unit) is 0.75 inch (19 mm) ? - and is it kept in place with a woodruff key ? - and how do you get the original steering off (corrosion on the shaft) , with a puller ? Thanks.

Shaft size? Better measure twice - 'cause it's always BIGGER on a RINKER!
