@Willhound - Why not talk to your marina about repairing that scratch on their dime?

I've had similar damage done to our previous boat and our yard was pretty good about taking responsibility if it's fairly obvious that it's their fault.

Worth asking before you spend your money and time fixing it...

Reason I think it was the trailer is because I was driving the boat. Had to trim way up because of shallow ramp and got a little sideways. So not the marinas fault. Very small marina with no shop and the owners son is the only yard crew so we all participate in launching, hauling and even blocking. So my fault, my fix.

@Willhound - Makes sense. Great that you have a group to rely on for help. All you Canadians are so nice to each other!  :)

McGarnicle:  boat looks GREAT !    hope that wrap holds up for you !  It will save you endless hours of buffing.  I like the window tint also. I too am 6'3 and while under way, I'd have to bend over to look out my windows.  I only sit at the helm on LONG trips when  debris in the water is not an issue.  FYI...I really don't like the fact that anyone on this site would call your idea of tinting your windows "DUMB"  ,  That person ought take his negative comments elsewhere.  There is NO PLACE for it here.

I was just saying besides looks it serves no purpose at all on a boat lol
if you don’t boat at night it’s one thing but if you good luck.
why don’t just wear sunglasses 😎

I think Dirtythirty is trying to say, you could have made your point without calling it a DUMB idea. He has a reason to do it, which clearly you either do not have all the insight on, or disagree with ... that does not make it dumb.

Those pictures look amazing. I'm definitely going to do the wrap, it's decided. I think I'll go with just the regular gloss black as you suggested and save carbon for other little stuff. @McGarnicle how do you find the maintenance with it? Easy to wash, etc?

Maintenance is super easy, shouldn't have to buff it and I just use a vinyl cleaner and  wax it

Thanks really appreciate it! When sitting at the helm I found that sitting on one of those throwable cushions puts me at a perfect height to see over the windshield and not be hunched over... Also everyone is entitled to their own opinion, at the end of the day I love my boat and how it looks and if someone doesn't thats fine too.
