How old is this Merc?

Hi all,
 
One of the Rinker 260EC units for sale in my area has this Merc Mag 350 in it. The boat is a 2008 but this engine looks newer. As far as I can tell it's an ECT model. Can anybody positively identify it or have practical experience with this model ?

    Do you have a serial number? I agree that it looks newer than an 08.

    Doesn't have catalytic converters so could be in the 2008 year vintage.
