Boat soap, I take out the snap in pieces, wash and hose off and they dry quickly, the stick on the swim platform I just wash as I do the boat.

Marine Mat is easy to clean and not glued down.

I have been using boat soap and a brush then hose out the cockpit and platform.

Rinker was much more expensive than Seadek in my case for the 280.

Looks great @The Main Exchange and how ours still looks after 2 seasons. Swim platform will fade a little from the sun.

So for a 270... My carpet is done and will need one or the other...what is the best bang for the buck and how much buck?

@rasbury call Marine Mat they are in FL. We are very pleased with it.

I think the products are very similar. You may want to see if they already have your boat in their system which would make things much easier for you. Cutting the template myself would not have been very exciting.

I looked at both and we felt MarineMat was better overall. I made my own template abd it was an interesting exercise but it came out well. They send out test sheets that you can mark up and then the final product.
