A businessman in Australia years ago was a bit of a nut and had some unique ideas. One was to tow up an iceberg from the Antarctic - a huge fresh water source for a water limited nation. April 1st one was tugged into Sydney Harbor - a huge plastic mock up. Had them stunned for hours....
