Something else, hoping nothing. Went to the boat the refrigerator was working and got to it today and it is not. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you
Of course first check to see if it works on shore power or dc, May work on one or the other. Then pull it out and check the two fuses in the board. Stern side of the back of the unit. Two automotive like fuses in there, mine wasn’t working and found a fuse had blown (from me stupidly trying to connect a house battery backwards)
First - I am talking about the galley fridge, not the cockpit fridge. Cockpit fridge may be the same but I've not changed any fuses in the cockpit so I cant speak to that. On the galley fridge, you remove the screws in the trip all the way around it and it slides right out. If you have a wood floor put down padding so you dont scratch it and while you are there I'd vacuum the fan and compressor and make sure the AC and DC power is plugged in well.
Help, took the refrigerator out tried plugging in a fan abd it wouldn't work. Plugged the refrigerator into another outlet and it worked. The breaker dont look to be out...help please

Worth seeing if it works on AC or DC. The AC side can come unplugged.
