Bravo III broken plastic part

any idea what this is called and what it’s for? It’s plastic and found it cracked. Found it cracked off bravo III. Thanks for the help

Yup. 2/drive. More or less anti wear guide for the drives as the go up/down. Couple bucks each. Just snap in.

I just replaced them on my Alpha 1 Gen 2. I broke one side installing the drive.
