I've never heard of anyone having to replace the rollers in the bow pulpit, but I managed to wear mine out. I guess you could say my anchor gets used a lot. The forward roller was broken in half, and the other was almost worn through.
Rinker Boat Anchor Pulpit Roller 221585B | 2 x 2-5/8 Inch White Nylon 1078060
$20 each at GLS

[edit: @icoultha learned that it's Lewmar part number 75505-2, available for $30 from Defender and elsewhere.]
Installation was a 15-minute job. Drop the anchor, lay on belly, lift the chain off the rollers, use two 14mm wrenches. Number of wrenches and glasses dropped into river, zero.
