VesselView Mobile App

Hooked up my VesselView over the weekend.  Interesting; the hours on the App are about 15 fewer than the gauge.  I know thats not a big deal, but curious why.  Anyone know for certain?

It's because some times when you turn your key on, for say your radio, your tachometer is ticking away hours (you can see that in the tach gauge with the little blinkin thing going).  Tap the gauge until it stops.  I have lots of extra hours on my gauge compared to my VV, no big deal.

Yes and sometimes with the switch in acc mode to have the radio going it did the same, my 2 engines are about 90 hours apart with the ECM showing close to the lower reading on the stbd engine. I rewired mine to the acc switch versus acc position. The hours stored in the ECM that you see on the app are correct.
