Does anyone from this site get a timely response from Rinker. I have left messages and sent emails to the individuals  listed on their web page under Contacts and have yet to get any type of a response.

    Yes.  I've emailed customerservice@rinkerboats.com and gotten a response the same day from Ginger Abbs - gabbs@rinkerboats.com

    agree - I reached out in April and got a response within a day.

    I had a tough time getting a response back in the winter with calls or emails...come to think of it, I never did hear back from them!

    Both Ginger and Malary have both gotten back to me within a day or so the couple of times I contacted them.

    I know they were closed for a week or two recently. I was ordering an OEM Marine Mat for my 310 - and Malary did get back to me apologizing for the delay.

    Her normal response time via email is about two business days.

    I have always found their response to be excellent - glad to hear there was a reason.
