I have a problem with high water pressure since I changed the impeller of the water pressure sensor and still has the same problem, could someone tell me what the problem is?

    So you have an alarm saying low water pressure?

    Probably a blockage downstream from the pump.  I'm guessing it's fresh-water cooled, and you have pieces of a broken impeller stuck in the heat exchanger.  Take the end caps off the heat exchanger and clean out any debris.

    You said high pressure is this a reading from vessel view? I would agree with LaRea flush out the system the best you can.

    high pressure in 3500 rpm pressure 90 psi ,new impeller, new water pressure sensor but I noticed that when the mechanic changed the impeller of the pump it was when the pressure went up

    Yes 90psi is to high, are you sure you used the right water pressure sensor was the right part number the oil pressure sensor looks the same and uses the same plug. Just a thought.

    did not know there was a water pressure sensor..where is it? I sure know there is one on the power steering cooler...

    In neutral it marks 16 psi, 18 psi how it is not exact since when I raise the rpm 2500 to 3500 it star to mark 90 psi 100 psi of there is low to 80 psi it stays high but no stable, tomorrow I was in taking it to the workshop where see what Bass Pro Shops is where they changed the impellent and the pressure sensor , I see  that when they changed the impellent was when the water pressure started to get out of control, tomorrow they will tell me

    Yeah, gotta be a bad sensor.  Even if the heat exchanger was 100% blocked, there's no way that pump is capable of making 90 psi.

    90psi would blow the hoses off if not burst them.
