Not far (by land) from the Rinker-filled marina near Annapolis where I bought both of my Rinkers ... @Dream_Inn

It's being reported as a single-occupant live-aboard. Damage apparently contained to just the one boat.

Wow, scary! That stick boat beside it must be scorched. There was a marine fire boat and a large crew fighting the fire, which is why likely there was only one loss. A fire like that around here would wipe out half the marina.
Sounds like the occupant was ok, I don't see reports of a fatality? That's all that really matters, boats can be replaced.
