Hiding pinned topics

Somebody had posted instructions a while back on how to hide the pinned topics at the top of the forum so we don't have to scroll past all of them to get to recent posts. I reset my phone and they all came back up
 Tried search but can't find that how to post?

    Enter in to the tread and at the end of the title there is a gear looking thing touch that then touch dismiss. Hope this helps B)

    Thanks @reneechris14. That's what I thought. Works now, wasn't working earlier. I think it's a cache thing with my phone.

    I didn't realize that, thanks reneechris14.  I just found out you don't even need to go into the thread. Right on the main page, that gear appears when you hover over the title with your pointer, so you can much quicker just dismiss them all!
