For Sale: 2006 Rinker Fiesta Vee 342 Express Cruiser

This boat has been maintained beautifully and is in excellent condition. Located in Pittsburgh, PA.  Operated on Rivers.  We are in the market for a Trawler, and so have decided to sell this baby. It has twin Volvo Penta 5.7 LOSI DF (300hp) engines with 610 hours on both engines.  Has XDPs but have never had any issues.  Changed outdrive oil every year and bellows every two years.  2 new batteries (2016), a 5kw Kohler generator, and a new full camper cover/Isinglass. There is a new hot water heater, central vacuum, blender, ice maker, separate shower, and 2 refrigerators. We can send you dozens of pictures, just ask. We have it listed for $64,900.     Yes I was  thinking the same thing, hours on motors,  fresh water or salt and a rough location.

    Just added the price. Thanks! We've had a few trawlers in mind but aren't settled on one in particular. We are planning to do The Great American Loop in 2021so are just doing reconnaissance now. We're thinking 42 feet, twin diesels, 2 cabins, and nice outside seating. We'll start looking in earnest in 2020.

    Same question as Glassguy54. If it has XDP's it's gonna be a tough sell.

    Looks like a great boat, good condition.  XDPs also did come to mind, so might be worth clarifying that.

    Yes, has XDPs.  Never had any issues with them. Changed outdrive oil every year and bellow every 2 years.  If you don’t beach the boat, the bellows are just fine.  Only a problem if you run the drives up for beaching.

    Why didn’t you take advantage of the recall program? The drive could fail at any moment.

    Click on that link,  enter your serial numbers and take advantage of the replacement recall. I understand it's been extended to the end of this year

    Cableguy Greg - I never had any problems with the drives.  Change the oil every year and the bellows every 2 years, don't run the outdrives up all the way and all is well with the drives.  I have priced the boat low so if someone wants to get the replacement drives, they can and will have a great boat with brand new drives at a good market price.  If someone maintains the drives as I have, then they get a great boat below market price.

    The problem is xdp drives have a terrible reputation...people avoid them like the plague.  Unless you find someone unfamiliar with them it will be difficult to sell.  Just sayin

    All you have to do is type Volvo XDP into your browser window and about a dozen forums show up with hundreds of upset owners of these drives and the problems with them.
