Generator AND Shore Power Lights On?

Today at my slip, I was attached to shore power, flipped the breaker to "Generator" and fired it up.  The green generator light on the panel was bright green, as it always is when running.  But, today even with the breaker flipped to "Generator", the shore power indicator green light was flickering.  Any ideas?  I do not recall it doing that last year.

But if the breaker is switched to genny, that light (Shore Power indicator) should not be getting any power at all. Or, am I incorrect?

They are LED and there may be a little voltage bleed thru on the neutral. Easy to diagnose with the panel out and a volt meter

Gotcha.  Sounds like a common thing then?  I will pull the panel and take a look.  Thank you.

I'm about to replace both 30 amp main breakers.  Thanks
