Quick disconnect engine block drains

Last night I Was doing some work on the boat and noticed quick disconnects for the lower engine block drains (2 per block, left and right side). I decided to remove them and check if the drains were blocked, no antifreeze came out. I stuck a straight pick in them and sure enough black muddy water came pouring out then it cleared up to antifreeze (starboard side). I did the same to the port side, they were clogged and antifreeze came out. This will be on my winterization list from now on.
