Port windshield dropping down on a 2002 342

My port windshield is dropping down inside of the frame.   There is actually a gap between the windshield and the frame at the top.   Any ideas of how to fix this issue?

Remove header rail. Remove windshield glass. Replace gasket between glass and frame (or add rubber blocks to hold windshield up). Reinstall.

I think the only way would be to remove the windshield from the frame, and reinstall the frame.  It would be risky ... the glass is vulnerable to breaking when it's out of the frame.  But there's also risk if you do nothing and leave that edge exposed.

Any idea why it came out of alignment?

YYRZC and LaRea, thank you for your ideas.   At least this gives me some idea of how to repair this issue.   I have no idea what caused this problem.

The rubber window edging holds in in place. See the link and it will be evident. Probably just gaveway from the years.

Did you find a fix for this? Any part numbers?  Mine has done this also. I believe the Bimini support pulls up on the windshield frame
