If you're talking about the teak/wood look decking material, +1 on the MarineMat. I bought mine directly from Rinker, but they've closed their accessories shop, so no longer would be an option for you.
MarineMat comes in glue-down and snap-in options. And it's a DIY option.
There is also SeaDek, but I think they only are glue down and have their own installers. Not sure if you can DIY.
There are even cheap cut-your-own, glue-down options available on Amazon.
And it also all depends on your model of boat. Some companies have templates on hand and can make it quickly. If they don't have a template, you'll need to supply one - or pay someone to make one for you.
You can start by Googling MarineMat or SeaDek and see where it leads.
