Windshield wiper motor on 370

The windshield wiper on my 2007 Rinker 370 does not work.  Does anybody have hints on getting access to the motor to troubleshoot or replace it?

The underside of the motor is in the middle of one of ceiling panels, but there's no access panel.  I guess I'll need to cut a hole in the ceiling, and then cover it with an access panel.  Has anybody else done this?

I believe you can pop off the screw covers on the panels, then remove, so no cutting!

OK, I'll see if I can take the headliner panel off. Sounds like I pry the covers off the screw heads and unscrew them. Should be a nice adventure!

Just closing the loop: The wiper motor is easy to reach.  It's right above the first headliner seam.

    Manufacturer: Marinco AFI
    Model: MRV wiper motor 38000
    80 degree sweep, 2-1/2" shaft, 2-speed

Great Lakes Skipper sells it for $90.
