350 MAG MPI fuel pump stays on

My starboard engine fuel pump keeps running even with the engine off after running the boat.  If I cut the battery power for a few min and then turn them back on...pump stays off.  Thoughts?

    This definitely weird as the pump is ignition activated. How can it get power when the key is off??

    Stuck fuel pump relay. Not sure where it is and it's only a guess but that's what it seems like to me.

    On the 5.0 its top LHS, 2 relays, master and fuel, maybe around the same place for the 350. Find them and give it a tap when you hear the pump still running. I had that on mine once, same thing
