  So what have we learned: There's a vast conspiracy to make boat deck cleaners crappier.  It worked.

  Only thing that worked for me this year was the StarBrite Non skid cleaner and a stiff brush on my hands and knees for about an hour. Magic eraser helps but the non skid chews them up fast.

  I used Starbrite a couple times this season and thought it worked very well.

  They're based in Florida and manufactured in the States. I highly doubt they have a separate manufacturing facility in Canada. Unless the formula changed and we all happen to have old stock. My bottle is about three years old.

  The best stuff I've ever used was soft scrub GEL (non abrasive) with bleach. But, it ruined my pants and it took all of my wax off the boat so the word "best" can be interpreted as you wish. Boat was super clean!!!!

  Canadians, your beer is like moonshine and your boat cleaners actually work. If it wasn't for the whole border closure thing and the crazy expensive fuel up there I'd be headed north!!!

  I used Zep in my bilge the other day, full strength and I wasn’t that impressed. I still had to scrub a bunch and thought it would really brighten things up. I think purple power is the way to go for the bilge.

  I am excited to try purple power + power washer in the bilge once the boat is on the hard.  There's a heII of a mess at the transom where the power steering hose blew a few years ago.

  I use it and power wash out the bilge before she launches each year., don’t normally get to it before in storage after winterized. Spray it all around and let it soak a bit.. Wear a mask, fumes can get to you

  I used to use it all the time.  Somehow I switched over to Starbrite.  I've gotta get thru my bottle or two I have left of starbrite, but may have to switch back to Marykate.  I couldn't find the MaryKate one for many years.
  
  Edit, heck with it.  I ordered one too.  I'm looking at doing some good cleaning over the next month before I wax and cover, this will help.  I do remember this stuff working much better. Thanks for reminding me of those easier days!
