2019 Rinker Q3 Winterizing Question

We have a 1st season 2019 Rinker Q3 with only 36 hours on the Mercury FourStroke 200XL outboard in the Chesapeake Bay (Maryland). We've had a couple local mechanics give us differing winterizing requirements, so I figured I would turn to the Rinker experts. We are keeping our boat on a lift this winter but want to service it prior to wrapping.

Quick questions:
1. Do we need to change the lower gear oil as a part of winterizing this early?
2. Does anyone local recommend a good and trustworthy Rinker service marine / mechanic?
3. We have some electrical issues (only starts in Emergency mode - both batteries - and the SIMRAD flashes on and off; anyone know where the grounding bar is for the boat?
4. Given the wind-down of the Rinker brand, does anyone have a good POC at Polaris for handling warranty claims?

Thanks so much in advance, all!!

Best,

Mark

Why not contact the dealer that sold you the boat? Wouldn’t that have been Hawk’s?

They are having a tough time with Polaris dropping Rinker since they were one of the leading dealers...hurt their business according to GM, Gary. Unfortunately, they aren't answering the phone nor FB IMs

Well, that is a shame to hear.  Both Hawk and Gary really went all out for the new Rinker brand.  I know they even dropped other brands to put more energy towards Rinker. Sad to see their business hurting due to this.

As far as mechanics, I use Rhode River, but that is a little bit of a ride for you (unless you trailer).
