How Many Fenders Do You Keep On The Boat?

Just curious how many fenders you guys keep on the boat? Right now I have 4, 2 up on the bow and 2 in the transom locker.  I could probably get away with 3.

    3 unless I'm going through the locks in which case 4, but I have 6 for some reason.

    I keep 2 handy, and then two large balls deflated in case I need.... so 4

    Six - three for each side: bow, amidships, aft.

    Four 8"x26" fenders in the transom locker
    Two 21" ball fenders, deflated (great for the bow when rafting up)
    One 10"x30" fender under the swim platform seat

    Inflating the ball fenders takes a couple minutes with a Ryobi inflator.

    I have 6, 3on each side on my 342 works fine for the locks cause sometimes you have to lock thru on the port side

    3 each side with a 7th spare to drop near swim platform in locks or tied up on different docks that I’d like the extra bump protection.

    3 ready to go if I need them.  2 more I bring if I think I'll need them.  Also have 3 screwed to the dock so I don't need anything out when I'm docking in my slip

    I keep 4 on the boat.  Most of the time when I'm temporarily tied to the dock, I will have 3 deployed on the dock side.  Without my huge swim platform, I would only need two.

    I keep 4 in the transom compartment.  I also have 2 or 3 smaller “emergency” fenders stashed in the cabin.

    4, I have a huge front deck on my boat and they sit neatly in their fender baskets.  I've used them 0 times.
