    I have beached my 280. I can’t imagine doing that to a 350.

    I think that 350 has some serious editing. Look at the people on the bow they look like they're barely above the bow rail. They make the boat look much larger.

    You are right. zoom in and you can see how weird it looks. They look super small and also very big at the same time...

    I don’t think Rinker spent much money on promo material. Photoshop was expensive in 2007!

    It would be frustrating to have a spotlight size head tho. No hats would fit. But you would never stretch a sweater neck!

    I think it’s in proportion, they’re leaning on the port side bow rail.

    If the tide goes out, I'd guess impossible until it returns  :D

    I would hate to see the transom of my boat after a tide went out and the outdrive played kick stand to my near 1200 lbs motor.

    I regularly beach my 232, but I do have a keel guard.  I wouldn't dare do it without one!  And the lake I frequent has nice sandy beaches.

    I don't beach our 280, and with the single IO it's tough to fight wind and currents, but with a smart plan and two anchors you can get close enough to step off onto dry ground while still afloat!



    That's a lot of work still: we typically anchor in 4' of water and beach anchor a floating line - the kids can 'swim' safely back and forth that way.

    Around me the bottom ranges between silty - mud/glue.  Wind, waves and current keep the boat moving so i would be sidewise up against the beach in an hr calling for a tow.  I get in fairly close, drop anchor and raise the outdrives....then just keep checking for the idiots that think they can just drop in beside me without swinging into each other.

    Yeah you do!

    I strap them on the swim platform, I have some artificial turf on board that serves double duty - dog station for overnight and deck protector. She's well cared for, but she's also a tool for having fun.
