Waste, Water and AC Vents

All 3 of my vents are pitted and I would like to replace them. I’m pretty sure all 3 are the same size. Has anyone replaced these? What size is it and what one do you recommend?

I did this, I posted details in the 330 Random Topics thread. Was easy and inexpensive. I went with seachoice brand I think. 5/8 straight.

GLS has the original OEM Perko: https://www.greatlakesskipper.com/perko-boat-gas-tank-vent-5-8-inch-stainless-straight

@YYZRC , all of them were straight?

@YYZRC , did you use any sealant or just the gasket that comes with them?

I put a bead of 4000 on them.

My AC pan drain was a pain to get to. I couldn’t get the hose off, had to slice it. Then the fitting was so corroded, I had to drill it out. Then my first drill bit had to break and chip the gel coat (so tiny) and of course I couldn’t leave it. Tiny bit of patch paste and all should be good. Now my fittings better show up from Great Lakes Skipper!! I still have to remove the waste and water vents (hopefully they won’t be as troublesome!)

That’s quite a project. Looks like the A/C vent is 90 degree and not straight like the water and waste?

Oh I see now. In the pic of the slit hose it looked like there was another clamp, but you just slid it up the hose.

Funny how Rinker used a whole tube of caulk on that and none on the windshield.

Nice! Looks much better. The salt air damage is amazing.

Hopefully with my upkeep and waxing I won’t see the new ones pit like that.

Did you add a tube worth of 4200 so the next owner can suffer? :)

I cut the hose a bit shorter and I also added a starboard spacer under the port side of the AC pan so that it would drain better.

@YYZRC , next season I might replace the AC unit. The pan and some other parts are pretty rusty.

All vents are in. Waste and water were a little tougher to access but doable. Something to check, make sure your screens are clear. Look at the last pic, a lot of it was blocked off on all of them.

Looks like someone replaced your waste fitting previously.  The all metal is nicer looking IMO.

Yes, @YYZRC definitely agree. I like the way my waste fitting looks way better than the water fitting. Would love to find a water fitting to match that has the same hole pattern.

So as I filled my boat today I noticed I have the plastic cap water fill not the metal like I previously said 😕. Did notice my vents are a little crusty, may have to add that to the list.
