Hot water source question

Does a 340 Fiesta Vee have an actual hot water reservoir tank where the water is heated before it is sent to the taps or is it more of a hot water on demand system? And is it only an AC/Genny supplied thing? I suspect it is

    Should be a 6 gallon heater

    You only get hot water when you run the engine (starboard on my boat) or genny.

    There's typically a 6-gallon water heater that runs on shore power or generator.  It has a heat exchanger connected to the nearest engine.  When the engine is running, it will heat water in the tank.
